Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
- Hold the salt from the top shelf and shake it over the steak to season it with a light layer of salt.
- Repeat the same process with the pepper shaker to add pepper to the steak.
- Take a potato and slice it along the dashed line using a knife.
- Grab a garlic bulb and cut it in half with the knife.
- Place one garlic half on the cutting board. Tap it to peel, revealing three garlic cloves.
- Smash the garlic cloves three times with the knife to create minced garlic and sprinkle it over the steak.
- Select the oil bottle and pour oil over the surface of the steak to finish marinating.
Step 2: Cook the Steak
- Place the frying pan on the stove and turn on the gas burner — the flame will illuminate the edges of the pan.
- Add the square butter block, which melts quickly and coats the pan.
- Place the two marinated steaks into the pan. Cook them until they change color and start smoking, then remove them and place on the board.
- Add the garlic, basil leaves, potato, and carrot into the pan. Cook until each starts smoking, then transfer them to the serving dish.
- Pour barbecue sauce into the pan to create a rich gravy.
- Slice the steak along the dashed lines using the knife. Ignore the one stolen by the cat — it's gone for good!
Step 3: Plating
- Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil leaves, potato, and carrot to the steak plate.
- Use a spoon to drizzle a scoop of sauce over the steak.
- That’s it — level complete!
