Step 1: Harvest the Coffee Cherries
- Pick eight clusters of coffee cherries and place them into the basket.
- Pour the cherries into the threshing machine — it removes the cherry pulp and leaves the coffee beans.
- The extracted beans will drop into a bowl.
- Spread the beans on the drying rack. Wait for the sun to appear and drag it to the top-right corner.
- Once the timer finishes, the raw coffee beans are ready for roasting.
Step 2: Roast the Beans
- Place a pot on the stove and turn on the heat.
- Wait for the pot to heat up, then pour in the coffee beans.
- Collect any beans that fall onto the table and return them to the pot.
- Use the spatula to stir the beans while roasting.
- Place the blue powder bowl under the grinder, then pour the roasted beans into the grinder’s top container.
- Turn on the grinder to crush the beans into fine powder.
Step 3: Brew the Coffee
- Use a spoon to scoop coffee powder from the top of the coffee machine into the portafilter.
- Use the tamper to press and flatten the powder.
- Attach the portafilter to the brewing head of the machine.
- Place the cup from the bottom of the screen beneath the machine and turn it on to start brewing.
- Place a saucer on the center green cloth, and put a spoon on the saucer.
- Once brewing is done, place the coffee cup on the saucer and decorate with flower petals.
- And that’s it — your espresso is served, and the level is complete!
