Step 1: Collect Shells

  • Tap on the round, pale-colored shells on the beach to collect them.
  • Watch the progress bar at the top — you need to collect 8 in total.
  • Some shells are hidden beneath the sand — swipe left and right to uncover them.

Step 2: Pan-Fry Salmon & Prep Ingredients

  • Place the salmon on the cutting board and slice it into three portions, then return them to the plate.
  • Place the lemon on the cutting board and slice it in half.
  • Use a spoon to scoop olive oil from the right side of the pot and pour it into the frying pan.
  • Turn on the stove, add the salmon, and cook until it changes color.
  • Use tongs to remove the salmon and return it to the plate.
  • Place lemon halves on the salmon to squeeze fresh juice over it.

Step 3: Cook the Soup Base

  • Finely chop red shallots, green onions, carrots, and scallions. Also cut lemon into wedges.
  • Lift the pot lid, add a spoonful of olive oil, and turn on the stove.
  • Add the collected shells and chopped vegetables into the pot, then cover with the lid.
  • Once the first timer ends, pour in white wine from the bottom-right corner.
  • After the second timer ends, remove the shells from the pot.
  • Tap the shells to discard the shells and keep only the meat.
  • Open the lid, add the remaining prepared ingredients into the pot, close the lid, and wait for the final timer to finish — the soup base is ready.

Step 4: Plating

  • Scoop two ladles of soup base and pour it into a serving dish as the foundation.
  • Add the cooked salmon and rosemary to the plate.
  • Place broccoli into the dish to complete the plating.
  • That’s it — level complete!
