Step 1: Clean the Fish
- Pull down the box containing the fish — this removes the packaging. Pull several times until the fish is fully revealed.
- Plug the sink drain and turn on the faucet. Place the fish under running water to rinse it clean.
- Turn off the water and move the fish to the cutting board. Wipe it down with paper towels multiple times until fully dry.
- Dispose of used wet towels in the trash slot.
- Sharpen the knife, then slide it horizontally across the fish to trim the head, tail, and fins — discard them in the trash slot.
- Use the cleaver to split the fish in half. Remove the bone from the left half and toss it into the trash slot.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and salt over the fish meat, then place the fish on a grilling tray.
Step 2: Grill and Plate
- Set the grilling tray over the charcoal fire. When the sizzling sound stops, flip the fish using a tap.
- Grill the other side until the fish turns color.
- Transfer the grilled fish onto the cutting board, then swipe downward on the screen to reveal two plates.
- Place the two plates side by side on the table.
- Evenly distribute garnishes — celery, lemon slices, and cherry tomatoes — onto both plates.
- Place the grilled fish on top of each plate and drizzle sauce over it.
- Congratulations — the grilled fish is ready and the level is complete!
