Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

  • At the bottom, you’ll see 8 small dishes. Pour the sauces from the top and bottom dishes on the left side into the center glass bowl.
  • Pick up the salt and pepper shakers from above the glass bowl and season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  • On the top right is a bag labeled "noodle seasoning." Swipe left to right across the top of the bag to tear it open.
  • Pour the seasoning powder into the glass bowl.
  • Use a spoon to stir all ingredients clockwise until the marinade is evenly mixed.
  • Add the chicken pieces into the marinade bowl to soak.
  • Take a second glass bowl and pour in the remaining four small dishes: breadcrumbs, flour, and seasonings.
  • Use the whisk to mix them thoroughly to prepare the coating powder.

Step 2: Fry the Chicken

  • Pour oil into the pan and turn on the stove.
  • One by one, dip the marinated chicken into the top-right bowl of coating powder, ensuring they are fully covered.
  • Then, place them into the hot oil to fry.
  • Once the sizzling sound reduces, use a strainer to remove the chicken and place them on a plate lined with oil-absorbing paper.

Step 3: Plating

  • Lay fresh lettuce leaves on the center plate.
  • Place the fried chicken on top of the lettuce.
  • Squeeze chili sauce into a small dipping dish on the side.
  • And that’s it — fried chicken ready to serve!
