Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  • Peel off the plastic wrap on the turkey — swipe diagonally from the top-left to bottom-right, then from top-right to bottom-left to fully remove it.
  • Place the turkey in the sink filled with water. Rinse it thoroughly and return it to the cutting board.
  • Use kitchen paper towels to pat the turkey dry.
  • Set up the serving plates: align the three small round dishes in one row, and the three long rectangular dishes in another row.
  • Place the turkey onto the largest dish below the cutting board.
  • Move the ingredients from the right side of the sink into the water for cleaning.
  • Take them out, peel or slice as necessary, and place each into its corresponding plate based on color matching.
  • Sharpen the knife before slicing the ingredients.

Step 2: Make the Sauce

  • Pour oil into the pan and turn on the stove.
  • Add all prepared ingredients and seasonings from the table (except the turkey) into the pan. Finish by pouring in the white wine.
  • Use the spatula to stir everything thoroughly until a sauce forms.
  • Scoop the sauce into the empty plate below using the spatula.
  • Use the spatula to spread the sauce evenly all over the turkey.

Step 3: Roast the Turkey

  • Place the turkey into the oven and close the door.
  • Turn both dials and press the switch on the oven panel to begin roasting.

Step 4: Plating

  • Arrange garnishes like coriander, tomatoes, onions, and orange slices around the serving dish.
  • Move the roasted turkey onto the center of the plate.
  • And that’s it — the roast turkey is ready, and the level is complete!
