Step 1: Pick the Coffee Cherries

  • Just like the previous coffee levels, start by harvesting coffee cherries — this time you’ll need to swipe leaves aside to reveal the cherries.
  • Pick a total of 9 clusters of coffee cherries.
  • Drag the clouds away to let sunlight shine on the plants.
  • Pour the cherries from the basket into the threshing machine — the pulp is removed and beans drop into a bowl.
  • Place the coffee beans on the drying rack and wait for the timer to complete — now you have raw beans ready for roasting.

Step 2: Roast the Beans

  • Place a pot on the stove and turn on the burner.
  • When the timer ends and the pot is hot, pour the coffee beans into the pot.
  • Collect any beans that fell on the table and add them in.
  • Use a spatula to stir the beans until they become deep brown in color.
  • Position the blue powder bowl beneath the grinder and pour the beans into the top compartment.
  • Turn on the grinder to crush them into fine coffee powder.

Step 3: Make the Syrup and Milk Foam

  • Place a frying pan on the stove and add water and sugar.
  • Turn on the burner and stir constantly with a spatula until it thickens.
  • Squeeze lemon juice into the pan and continue stirring until it turns brown — the syrup is ready.
  • Pour milk into a bowl and place it in the microwave to heat.
  • Once done, insert the electric frother into the milk and whisk until foam forms.

Step 4: Brew and Assemble the Macchiato

  • Use a spoon to scoop coffee powder from the top of the coffee machine into the portafilter.
  • Tamp the powder flat with the tamper, then attach the portafilter to the brewing head.
  • Place a coffee cup under the spout and turn on the machine to brew.
  • Set a saucer on the green cloth and place a glass cup on top.
  • Pour syrup and ice cubes into the glass cup.
  • Once the coffee is brewed, pour it into the glass over the syrup and ice.
  • Top it with milk foam, then place a spoon beside the glass.
  • Drizzle the remaining syrup in a heart shape for latte art, and finish with edible flower petals.
  • That’s it — your beautifully layered macchiato is done, and the level is complete!
