Video Guide & Text Walkthrough

Strategy Guide

Step 1: Prepare Beef and Broth

  • Swipe down on the foil roll at the bottom of the screen to pull out foil.
  • Wrap the foil over the ginger slices (left side of oven) and place them into the oven.
  • Repeat the same process for the onion slices (right side of oven).
  • Open the pot lid, place beef bones inside, add water, and turn on the electric stove to heat.
  • Once boiling, use the skimmer from the top shelf to skim off the foam on the water surface.
  • Add the roasted ginger and onions into the broth.
  • Use tongs from the upper shelf to place two beef slices into the broth, cook them, and return them to the plate once done.
  • Season the broth with MSG, sugar, and salt. Add chili paste, ground pepper, scallops, cinnamon, and bay leaves for extra aroma.

Step 2: Slice the Ingredients

  • Use the knife to slice both pieces of beef (one brisket, one shank) into thin slices.
  • Chop the onion, lemon, and scallions using the cleaver.

Step 3: Make the Rice Noodles

  • Add sugar to the glass bowl, then pour in rice flour and water.
  • Stir with the wooden spoon until the mixture becomes a paste.
  • Transfer the paste to the cutting board. Tap it a few times until it forms a rectangular shape.
  • Cut the rectangle into three pieces and roll each one into a noodle roll.
  • Turn on the electric fryer, place the rolls into the oil, and fry until golden brown.
  • Remove the rolls with tongs and place them on oil-absorbing paper to drain.

Step 4: Assemble the Pho

  • Use a ladle to pour broth into the large bowl in the center of the screen.
  • Add bean sprouts from beneath the beef slices on the left side of the screen.
  • Place both types of sliced beef and the crispy rice noodle rolls into the bowl.
  • Add garnishes from the bottom of the screen: chopped chili, lemon wedges, scallions, and onion slices.
  • That's it — your delicious bowl of beef pho is ready, and the level is complete!
