Step 1: Prepare the Batter
- Crack the eggs and separate them — egg whites go into the blue bowl, yolks into the pink bowl.
- Add oil and milk to the pink bowl.
- Place a sieve over the pink bowl, pour in the flour, and tap repeatedly to sift it through.
- Add a spoonful of vanilla powder, then mix with the whisk until the batter turns golden yellow.
- Turn on the electric mixer and place the blue bowl with egg whites inside. Whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Add sugar into the egg whites and continue whisking.
- Use the blue spatula to transfer the egg whites into the batter mixture and continue stirring gently.
Step 2: Make the Cake Base
- Pour the batter into the mold until full, then place it into the oven for baking.
- After baking, tap the cake base to remove the mold.
- Use the center top tool to divide the cake into four long rectangular strips.
- Use the piping nozzle to apply chocolate frosting onto each of the four strips.
- Use the cake knife on the left to spread the frosting evenly across the surface.
- Swipe upward with your finger to roll the cake strips together into one large Yule log shape.
Step 3: Decorate the Yule Log Cake
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the rolled cake using the piping nozzle.
- Shake the fork gently over the top of the cake to create texture and placement marks.
- Decorate the log by placing toppings from the upper plate onto the marked areas, making sure they’re well covered.
- That’s it — your festive Yule Log Cake is complete!
