Step 1: Make the Bread Dough

  • Add water to the mixing bowl, then scoop in sugar and salt.
  • Use the mixer to blend the flour and water into a dough — beware of splashes!
  • Once mixed, use a towel to wipe off any spilled flour water on the table.
  • Add a square of butter to the dough and continue mixing until smooth and stretchy.

Step 2: Bake the Toast

  • Pour the finished dough into the baking mold, close the lid, and place it into the oven. Turn on the heat.
  • Once baked, remove the mold from the oven, open the lid, and take out the loaf.
  • Slice the toast on the cutting board and arrange the slices onto a round plate below.

Step 3: Prep the Side Ingredients

  • Plug the sink, turn on the faucet, and fill it with water.
  • Wash the tomatoes and cilantro from the basket in the sink.
  • On the cutting board, slice the ham into pieces and return them to the blue tray.
  • Slice the washed tomatoes and place them on the toast plate.
  • Finely chop the cilantro and add it to the same plate.

Step 4: Fry Eggs and Ham

  • Heat a frying pan on the stove and turn on the heat.
  • Pour in cooking oil, and once it sizzles, crack one egg into the pan to fry a sunny-side-up egg.
  • Use a wooden spatula to lift the egg out and place it on the ham plate.
  • Repeat for a second egg.
  • Add three slices of ham to the pan and cook until golden, then remove with tongs and return to the blue tray.

Step 5: Plate the Breakfast

  • Place the cooked ham and fried eggs onto the center plate.
  • Add the tomato chunks and toast slices to the plate.
  • Sprinkle chopped cilantro and a dash of pepper on top.
  • And that’s it — this hearty breakfast stage is cleared!
