Step 1: Gather Firewood π²πͺ
- Youβre standing by a frozen lake βοΈ, with some big trees and firewood nearby.
- Pick up the axe πͺ and chop the two large trees until they fall.
- The fallen trunks automatically turn into firewood π₯.
- Ignore the small tree on the left π³, itβs not needed.
- Gather all the firewood into a pile to move on to the washing step π§Ί.
Step 2: Wash and Prep Ingredients π§Όπ₯
- Turn on the faucet π° and fill the sink with water.
- The following ingredients are dirty and need washing: lamb ribs, lamb feet, onion, carrot, pomegranate, parsley, and bay leaf π§Ό.
- Place each one into the sink one by one. Once clean, take them out immediately π§½.
- While those are soaking, prep the others:
- Garlic doesnβt need washing π§. Just peel and chop it into small pieces.
- Cut open the onion π§ and pomegranate. Keep only the pomegranate seeds, and chop the onion finely.
- Use a peeler to remove the carrot skin π₯, then slice it into thin rounds.
Step 3: Cook the Lamb π₯π₯
- Place the firewood under the stove and light it with the torch π₯.
- Put the lamb feet over the flame and burn off the hair until they darken. Then return them to the plate π.
- Place the stone pot over the fire, fill it with water π§.
- Add lamb ribs, lamb feet, carrot slices, and a sprinkle of black pepper π§.
- Cover the pot and let it stew until the timer ends β²οΈ.
- Add the chopped onion and green peas to the pot π§ πΏ.
- Scoop in a spoonful of salt and add it to the stew π§.
- When timeβs up, use a skimmer to scoop the peas into the right plate π₯.
- Take out the lamb feet and place them on the left plate π¦Ά.
- Pour the remaining broth into the large bowl in the middle π².
Step 4: Make the Lamb Jelly πβοΈ
- Scoop the cooked peas into the large glass bowl in the upper left corner β three scoops total π₯.
- Cut the lamb feet on the chopping board, remove the bones and chop the meat into small chunks πͺ.
- Add the meat to the glass bowl π.
- Next, add the carrot slices π₯.
- Finally, pour in the lamb broth π².
- In the freezing cold, the contents will quickly solidify into jelly βοΈ.
- Flip the bowl upside down onto the plate and tap the bottom with a spoon ππ₯.
- The lamb jelly will slide out neatly onto the plate in one perfect shape π.
Step 5: Garnish and Finish π½οΈβ¨
- Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top of the jelly π.
- Add chopped parsley for freshness πΏ.
- Top it off with some black pepper and a swirl of ketchup π§π .
